    Temperature measurement

    The temperature sensor is digital and highly accurate. The minimum and/or maximum temperature limit is adjustable between -35 °C and +70 °C. The sensor is factory calibrated and gives the value accurate to decimal places. One sensor is supplied as standard. A second sensor is available as an accessory. The interval for logging the values and transfer to the portal are adjustable.

    In an alarm situation, the Mobeye ThermoGuard sends notifications by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or e-mail. The message also contains the current temperature. For the push messages, there is a choice between an escalation plan or group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push message, preventing the other contacts from receiving the message. If none of the recipients acknowledge the push message, a call still goes out. The number of contacts is unlimited.

    The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog can run for long periods on batteries and thus independent of an external power source. If external power is available, it is advisable to connect it. The power supply is then directly monitored as well. And if it fails, a notification follows. The alarm detector will continue to operate on its internal batteries for a long time. When the power supply is restored, a signal also follows. The mains adapter is available as an accessory.

    In addition to the temperature sensor, the Mobeye ThermoGuard (CML4255) has two NO/NC inputs for connecting alarm contacts and sensors. This also monitors the status of a device or external sensor, such as an air conditioner or door magnet. In the event of an alarm, the internal piezo siren can sound as an alarm indication. The CML4255 has an (open collector) output to switch an external device.

    The Mobeye SIM card gives the device full functionality, including the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the app. With the Mobeye SIM card, communication is over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as fallback. It then also provides the log function. Temperature history and status are displayed in the portal.
    When inserting its own SIM card, the device operates on 2G. Alarm notifications are then sent via SMS and/or call to up to 5 phone numbers.

    With the Mobeye ThermoGuard, no cooling will fail unnoticed and overheating need no longer cause damage!
