Is my Nuki Keypad compatible with the Smart Lock?
Yes, the Nuki Keypad is designed to be compatible with the entire Nuki range. You can use your Keypad with your Smart Lock. The two devices communicate via Bluetooth, so the Keypad can also be used offline (without an internet connection and Nuki Bridge).

Do I also need a Nuki Bridge to use the Keypad?
No, no Nuki Bridge or internet access is required to use the Keypad. To use the Keypad, you only need the Nuki Smart Lock. However, we do recommend that you also purchase a Nuki Bridge, as it also allows you to remotely access your Smart Lock and conveniently issue remote access codes.

How is my Keypad protected against theft?
Because the Nuki Keypad is mounted on the outside of your home door, it is visible from outside. If your Nuki Keypad is actually stolen, we offer you a theft replacement guarantee. To do so, simply send us a copy of your report (issued by the police) and the original bill for your Keypad. How does the assembly work?
The Keypad is glued to the outside of your house door or mounted to the house wall using screws. The necessary mounting materials (adhesive strips, screws and plugs) are in the package.
