This smart little Nedis smoke detector makes sure you can always feel safe, even when you are not at home. If smoke is detected, this device sends a notification to your smartphone and a loud alarm goes off. Simply connect the smoke detector to your Wi-Fi and you will be notified via the free Nedis SmartLife app. Thanks to the app, you can immediately see which room your connected smart smoke detector sounds in. This allows you to take targeted action in an emergency situation. Adding in the app works as follows; Press the plus sign in the top right of the app. Select your WiFi network (2.4Ghz). Press and hold the front button so that the red light starts flashing. The smoke alarm will now be added.

Thanks to its compact size of only 76 x 76 x 28.5 mm, you can place the device anywhere in your home and make it unobtrusive, fitting perfectly with your interior.

With the Nedis SmartLife app, the smoke alarm can be connected and combined with your other smart home products for extra safety. For example, when smoke is detected, you can control the lights to be switched on or the shutters to be opened, or set up numerous other automations to make your home as safe as possible.

The smoke detector runs on a Lithium battery (CR123A) which have a high durability thanks to its lifespan of up to about 3 years. When the battery is low, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. This prevents you from annoying beeps in the middle of the night.
